Professional Background

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Relational and Organizational Communication and am nearing completion of a Master of Arts in Communication at California State University, specializing in intergroup communication and instructional design.

As a Graduate Teaching Associate/ Outschool Educator, I design and deliver courses in communication, focusing on empowering students to build practical skills for success in academic and professional settings. I take pride in fostering engaging, inclusive, and interactive learning environments where students feel valued and encouraged to explore new perspectives.

As the College of Arts and Letters Director for ASI, I provide a safe and supportive environment for students, faculty, and staff to share ideas, address challenges, and celebrate successes. My work focuses on creating opportunities for open dialogue and collaboration that drive progress within our academic community.
